Our services
RR24 Ltd provides emergency and planned pallet racking inspection, make-safe and repair services across the United Kingdom. All work is carried out subject to a written quotation or agreed instruction and these terms.
Quotations and pricing
Emergency attendance is prioritised to make your site safe. Quotations for repairs are based on the extent of damage, components required and site access, and remain valid for the period stated. Additional works identified on site will be advised before proceeding wherever practicable.
Your responsibilities
You must provide safe access to site, isolate damaged racking, cease loading of affected bays, and disclose any relevant site hazards. You remain responsible for the safe operation of your warehouse at all times.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for losses arising from continued use of racking we have advised should be isolated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
